Bridges are connections. We make metaphorical bridges between ourselves and others. You do not have to be the one to maintain the entire bridge.
This is mixed media on wood. Acrylic paint on top of a layer of white concrete. In places the acrylic is scraped away. The black lines are a combination of a photocopy of a sketch and permanent marker.
The sketch was drawn at Minneopa State Park near Mankato, Minnesota, USA
