The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.
The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall. This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.
Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.
We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

There is a story here. This is part of the Bog Walk in Lake Bemidji State Park in Minnesota. I love this place and go there often to paint. My daughter and I walked there together Thanksgiving weekend and when we got back to the car I did not have my keys. I know they were in my pocket. They must have fallen out when we sat on a bench. We retraced our steps. We went back the next day and tried again. No luck. Winter came and went. In May I tried asking at the ranger station if anyone found keys and turned them in. "Can you describe them?" Someone had turned them in in April! They were in the bog for 5 months! I will never know who found them or where but now this place reminds me of things lost and things found.
The original painting is framed in gray wood with conservation glass. The price listed here includes shipping within the U.S.A.
I love to paint. I love to hike. My art is a response to what I notice as I am outside. PaintandHike.com is where you can read about places to hike, and find out more about my creative journey. We have so many choices about how we impact the world. There are so many urgent needs. I am constantly working out the puzzle of how to spend my time so that I take care of myself and do what I can for others. I want my art to motivate others to be their best selves. The painting of my daughter, "It's a Sign! Volunteer" is raising donations for the Superior Hiking Trail Association. They maintain the 310 mile footpath along the North Shore of Lake Superior. If you have been waiting for a sign that it is time for you to volunteer for a cause you...
