This was going to be a typical grid transfer picture. I was trying to develop a habit of making art everyday. I thought I would do one square each day. Some days I did more than one square and sometimes the squares blended together. I like how the first square I did (the yellow one) looks like a window into another way the picture could have been done. The overlapping branches remind me of weaving. The grid in the background also reminds me of weaving or quilting. Maybe I need to do some weaving or quilting.
